Assessments & Consultations

The Transform Clinic is a leader in Cosmetic Dermatology and Skin Rejuvenation and we understand that you could be overwhelmed by the ever-expanding cosmetic treatments available. If you are wondering what treatment to choose and what to do, put your mind to rest and relax. Come and have a consultation with us, whether it is with one of our nurses or doctors, we are here to help you.

An initial consultation with one of our experienced nurses is offered to you free of charge although medical consultations with a doctor can incur a fee, excluding varicose vein initial assessments. Full assessment and consultation is given before every treatment, we insist you have full information prior to consenting to any procedure, in this manner we aim to have happy clients and it is our mission for you to be delighted with the results.

An obligation-free initial assessment is offered to give you an idea of best procedure for your problem veins, and an estimate of the costs.  Duplex scan and assessment reports are required prior to get pre-approval from your health insurers for the costs of any treatment given. A cost can be incurred for such insurance reports.  Please ask for written information to study prior to the consultation.

There is a charge for skin pathology consultations.  We use siascopy and dermatoscopy to check moles, recording any suspicious changes.  We have an in-house service for mole removal, skin tag and age spot removal with Dr Little, he has a certificate in primary care skin cancer surgery.
